Know Your Numbers

Along with exercising and eating right, being aware of your Healthe numbers - the
numbers that provide a measure of your personal health status - is just as important.
Click here to print a copy of a Healthe Results Wallet Card. This is a great tool to keep track of
your clinical values such as total cholesterol, LDLs ("bad cholesterol"), HDLs ("good cholesterol"), triglycerides,
blood pressure, glucose, and your height and weight measurements which determine your Body Mass Index. When
you keep track of these numbers over time, it's a great visual of how you have improved over the years.
