It's a good idea to review your beneficiary designation from time-to-time. With this online tool, you can go to one place to check your beneficiary designations and make sure they're up-to-date and reflect your current wishes. Instructions for accessing this tool are provided below:

- Go to www.advocateinfoexpress.com
- Select Health & Welfare Benefits.
- Enter your Social Security Number and your Personal Identification Number, then click on Continue
- Continue through the Welcome screen.
- From the Main Menu, click on Update Beneficiary Information.
- Designate, track or change your beneficiary designations for your applicable benefits.

- Select Retirement..
- Enter your Social Security Number and your Personal Identification Number, then click on Continue
- From the Select a Plan screen, choose a plan account to access.
- Select Beneficiaries from the left side of the screen, under Manage My Profile.
- Designate, track or change your beneficiary designations for your applicable benefits.
